Where? First Baptist Church Port Aransas youth room.

Why?  FBCPA strives to see the hearts of our youth captivated by the beauty of the gospel of Jesus Christ. FBCPA desires to create a fun atmosphere where kids can come to know that even Christian’s can have fun in life…we believe that Christian's should be the most joyful people on the planet.

What is the gospel?

The gospel is the good news of God’s grace entering into the sinful darkness of this world. It is the story of creation, sin, salvation, and heaven. The main character in the story of God is His one and only son, Jesus Christ. God has saved His people from the darkness of this world through the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ, and He has given us new life by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Christ’s death on the cross is the center of the gospel.

Jesus’ resurrection from the dead is the power of the gospel.

Jesus’ ascension into heaven and the coming of the Holy Spirit is the glory of the gospel.

Our heart is to care for the whole family. Please feel free to reach out to associate pastor, Thomas Wooldridge.

Anchor Verse

John 10:10-11

[10] The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. [11] I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
