Where? First Baptist Church Port Aransas Youth Room
When? Wednesday Nights from 5:30-7:30pm
Who? 6th-12th Grade
Why? First and foremost, FBCPA strives to see the hearts of Gods youth captivated by the beauty of the gospel of His son, Jesus Christ. FBCPA desires to cultivate a family style community, where students know they're loved, cared for and can have a lot of fun. We also function as Gods family, in that, we allow students to come as they are, to be honest about their struggles, but to be led by the Holy Spirit to rest in the finished work of Jesus.
What is the gospel?
The gospel is the good news of God’s grace entering into the sinful darkness of this world. It is the story of creation, sin, salvation, and heaven. The main character in the story of God is His one and only son, Jesus Christ. God has saved His people from the darkness of this world through the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ, and He has given us new life by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Christ’s death on the cross is the center of the gospel.
Jesus’ resurrection from the dead is the power of the gospel.
Jesus’ ascension into heaven and the coming of the Holy Spirit is the glory of the gospel.
Our heart is to care for the whole family. If we can help your family in any way, please contact:
